  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (more if desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approximately 3/4 pound)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
  3. Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed and starting to crisp.
  4. Remove from oven and evenly spread the buffalo wing sauce on each flatbread.
  5. Top with diced cooked chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle blue cheese dressing on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. For a crispier top, broil on high for the last 1-2 minutes.
