  • 1-3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups finely chopped peeled tart apples

Instructions
