Easy Protein Banana Pudding: How to Make It Creamy

This easy protein banana pudding is a creamy, naturally sweetened treat packed with protein from cottage cheese and balanced with the flavor of ripe banana and maple syrup. Perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Banana slices (for topping)
  • Crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese, ripe banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to help blend.
  3. Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  4. Spoon half of the pudding into two jars or food containers with lids.
  5. Add banana slices and crushed graham crackers over the pudding in each container.
  6. Spoon the remaining pudding on top, then add more banana slices and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Use a ripe banana for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Add a splash of milk if the cottage cheese is very thick.
  • For extra crunch, top with granola instead of graham crackers.
  • You can make this ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Swap maple syrup for honey or a sugar-free sweetener if preferred.
